So I want to redo the tank. (90g)

How do I set up a stock tank or hold tank for everything.

I want 1 for the live stock with some rock but a 2nd for the rock I have so I can break it up and build what I’m looking to do and keep it healthy

Anyone do this? Can I use my brute water change trash can?

I used the same stock tank for livestock but for other reasons. I had a velvet outbreak and it was used as a hospital tank for a couple months. I used an aquaclear 110 hob filter and a heater with a finex controller. Added an ammonia badge but you probably won't even need that since you can put rock on for biofilter. Toss in some pvc for hiding places and roll with it. It was super cool looking down at the fish and having them turn sideways to look up at me at feeding time. I don't think I have ever enjoyed watching the fish as much as did when they were in there. Screenshot_20220624-200417_Tractor Supply.jpg
The low boy version would work great for the rock and give you room to work. Could even do your scape in it and get it to your liking. I have them both and the short one does double duty as a pool for the dogs.

I'm using a 100 for holding rocks. It overflows into a 50 that has return, ato, skimmer. Works great.

Also used a 100g stock tank as a holding tank for coral fish and rock during g upgrade. Now it's still holing some leftover corals and rocks 2 months post upgrade. Think I may make a frag tank out of it.
