Using Trident with hydros?

Is it possible to use the trident stand alone with the hydros system? I’m looking for an auto testing especially for ALK unit and the Alkatronic is just to much money. Was curious if with the available cables if the trident would be able to be put in my hydros system

No, the trident can't be used independently of an apex brain

Nope, the trident requires an apex brain to work. And no current method exists to get the data from an Apex into Hydros.

Hydros can use Kh Carer that is what I have I like it. Also can get the X10 with IV and will do Alk test. I am sure Hydros will come out with own version of Trident. You can also use GHL KHD Director standalone. However, mine as well go with Alkatronic at that point. Look for used ones.

I would take this deal for the Kh Carer. It takes time to break in but it works great.
