I had snake polyp in mind also, but they normally got bigger lashes

my toadstool to the bottom right is closed up so i can see that now. Toadstool is usually open and polyps is hiding UTO

It looks like neomeris annulata as it was suggested above, a macro algae, one of my personal favourites.

They are beautiful and hard to keep, it’s a personal choice in the end if you want to keep or discard. Not everyone likes algae in the display, I could add that this specie is not one of the invasive, and it’s quite rare and pricey if you where to buy from a vendor. if it helps your final decision.

thank you for the ID and background info.
Idk how it got there but i don't have an issue with algae and if it's not invasive, it wouldn't hurt to let it grow out

That’s the ultra-rare Neomeris, a calcified, green macroalgae. Usually, it dies in captivity (disintegrates into sand), but when conditions are right, it can become invasive. It is also otherwise known as Caterpillar weed and Finger algae, but I like to call it Alien fingers.

that's the only sprout that i have and if it successfully grows out I'll let you know
