utter chaois and Delibreum help

My ZOA collection is over 100 morphs strong(or weak depending on who's collection it's compared to) and I am very pleased with everyone's growth except these two. In fact the growth of all my corals has me content to extreamly please however these seem to be barely holding on. I got them last November and UC has gone fro. 1 to 3 poylps and D has gone from 2 to 5. My Rastas do that in a week to ten days. SPS get fragged and encrust the plug in the same time. I have boumched them around areas of high to low light and flow but nothing seems to change this growth rate. The movement has been after a month + in a spot so it isn't like I am being impatient. Any ideads?

What lights are you running? I had my uc under led's but moved them to t5s because of the slow growth. They are growing much faster under the bulbs.
