Utter Chaos expelling it’s guts

Got it a few days ago. Looked fine first.

i have it placed low in tank. Other zoas right next to it are fine. Everything else in tank looks good.

What could be the issue and is there anything I can do to fix it?

Could be just pooping...
Keep an eye on it. Normally zoas will close up and deteriorate from the inside out
