I've seen that listed as ultimate chaos , nice zoa

Ultimate chaos is different, doesn't even look like utters. This actually looks much more like utters to me than ultimates.

It's my younger brothers it was all orange when he purchased it as an utter chaos the other day he text me those pics and said they had changed color

I've noticed a lot of variety when different lighting is used (or intensity). It's most likely just changed in response to that rather than an entirely new morph.
