My little red planet was finally starting to show some growth. Due to the fact it got dislodged one too many times, I decided to glue it down. It looked like the first picture the next morning (two days ago). It looks like the second picture now. Used dollar store super glue. No other changes to tank. Anyone else have this trouble after

gluing frags?

Does the glue you use have cyanoacrylate in it? That is the ingredient you look for in reef safe glue.

Wasn't the glue would be my guess. Was it that brown before gluing?

Yeah. That's what it looked like when I got it. Been that way for over a month. Actually, that was an improvement. Just started developing some coralites in the past week or so. I just don't see any reason for it to die so suddenly.

More than likely handling it while gluing it down caused a good amount of stress that it couldn't recover from.
