UV Brand and Size

Hi i need some adivce i am thinking in geting a UV my first question for you guys is what brand is better Pentair or Aqua Ultraviolet ? My Second question is what size shoul i get Base on Pentair recommendations the18W ( price $420) is for up to 65G, the 25W ( price $440) for up to 130G and the 40W ( price $490) for 260G. My tank total volume is 95G ( RedSea Reefer 350 ) So i should go witht he 25W but considering the price diference beeing to little should i go with the 40W because in the future i want to upgrade to a biger tank and its an equioment i can carry with me. If so how do i consider the flow of the UV ,do i follow the recomenden flow for the UV size or how ? and what about the heat it prodcue to the water?

I'd run a 40 watt at least, or 2 25s on a tank that is 260, 25 is plenty for what you have now.
