I recently picked up a UV filterfor my AIO tank and I have it running at night for 8 hours. My only problem is the UV filter has an internal pump which drops the water level in my rear chamber and it turns on my ATO which ends up dropping the salinity levels. Anyone else have this issue? How did you end up resolving it?

How is it plumbed in your system? What you are describing sounds like you have it plumbed into the return chamber of your sump. You need to plumb it into one of the earlier chambers and leave the return section dedicated only to your return pump and ATO.

Run it outside the rear chamber?

Does it pull from the rear chamber and return to rear chamber?

Sounds like it pulls from rear and put into front, is that possible.

I have an aqua top 40 aio. I put the uv filter in the second chamber then the water falls into the 3rd chamber. My ato sensor is in the last chamber where the return pump is.
