UV filter please help!

I have a Aqua XP 15 watt UV filter running on closed loop system off return line And I have the Neptune apex with COR 15 Return pump.
Dont have flow meter
But I’m currently running the cor15 at 7% maximum speed
It’s pretty slow but it’s moving steady
Any input On what % speed I could run the cor15 at for optimal flow for parasites on UV filter?

65g with sump
36 x 18 x 24“ tall

If I am not mistaken you are looking for 75g/h return. If you put a gallon container under the return, should fill in about 50s. You may want to look up your particular manual once more.
