UV for 120g Tank

It’s it better to have 1 25 watt UV + 1 return or 2 15 watt UVs to make sure that everything passes through the sterilizers? Is there a reason most setups go with 1 UV + 1 return instead of 2 UVs?

UV is used to help with algae and parasites. I used one back about 13 years ago for one year. Then it needed new bulbs and other stuff for maintenance I banished it to the junk pile, and have never had one since. If you run one its either good for one or the other for algae higher flow for Parasites lower flow and bare in mind it can not prevent everything in my opinion.
