UV Installation on WB Build

Hi,

Just putting together my sump on the 110.4 and I'm wanting to put a UV on before I start anything, does anyone have any guidance on the best way to set these up, and should I configure it vertically or horizontally, or doesn't it matter? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As long as you can change the bulb and it does not trap air, you should be good to mount it as you please

What is the most common practice for the return, is to to the tank or bank to the sump, in my head I had it as the following :

Filter --> Protein Skimmer --> UV ---> Return Pump

Return it to the sump if its easy. Discharge to a chamber down stream from the intake.
