I'm seeing ich on one of my hippo tangs and now my chromis is acting skittish aswell. Should I setup a quarantine copper based tank or buy a UV Sterilizer light?

A UV sterilizer can decrease the problem, but can not eliminate ich. It’s copper and going fallow. Jay Hemdal has a couple of great posts.
