UV recommendation for Redsea 625 XXL

Hi all,

So I've had my Redsea 625 XXL (165 gallons) running for a year now with the Oase Vitronic 55W. I've had two bouts of cyano which I have under control now.

I've ben told recently that my UV is insufficient as it is not saltwater compatible (via a friend) and upon approaching a trusted LFS, recommended the TMC 850 30W.

I'm all for an excuse to getting new toys, but just wondering if I'm being lead astray here. All advice welcome!

I’ve been running a Pentair 80W HO for a few years without complaints on my 750. The model below would likely work great!

Sorry I forgot to add, I'm in Hong Kong, so I'll have to purchase something that has a UK office in order to be compatible wattage.
