UV Sterilization

I just got the lifegard 90w UV and am hooking it up to an apex flow sensor. I am having a hard time figuring out what the correct GPH I should target in order to achieve level 2 sterilization. There does not seem to be much out there if anyone can help out that would be awesome. Also curious if the flow sensor dramatically reduces flow or if its pretty accurate? Mostly got it for a rough idea as well as the ability to turn off the uv if at 0.

I run a 40wt ice cap on a 340g system at just under 300gph flow rates, closer to 200gph, for ick/velvet management.
