Just wanted to inform you guys that getting a UV Sterilizer solved my issue so if you are having a similar situation then by all means don't look any further.
I've been getting hazy milky water on and off. 3 days it looks clear and then it goes back for 7 days, on and off. .... I kept reading and reading and ended up buying the Coralife 3x turbo twist with 9 watts for my 60g.
I installed it late afternoon and the next morning it looked liked there was no water! Incredible.
