They're made by Innovative Marine (IM) for their AIO tanks. They come in 2 different sizes for the 2 different size AIO sumps they have. Unless you have a IM AIO tank what I have won't help you.
So what is your Aquarium? This will help with recommending a UV sterilizer for it. Also you have to decide if you want to run it all the time or just when needed. I know that last statement is confusing. Let me try and simplify it a little:
Some reefers run UV all the time with a very slow flow rate through the sterilizer- This kills waterborne bacteria, algae and pathogens(think Ick). This slow flow can kill copepods as well as other stuff in the water corals feed on.
Some reefers run it all the time at a fast flow rate through the sterilizer this kills just the waterborne bacteria and algae(dino's are algae) but not the pathogens, etc.
Some reefers(me) only use it when needed- Dino outbreak, bacteria boom, green water(waterborne algae boom).
Waterborne bacteria are not nitrifying bacteria-good bacteria.
The above is very simplified and didn't even hit on the advantages and disadvantages of each.
