Looking to add a UV sterilizer to my reefer 450. So my question is; does the rule of thumb the bigger the better apply to sterilizers or should I just get one thats more along the lines of my tank size? Thank you

I think the bigger doesn't matter a lot. I think the flow is the key. The slower the flow, the more you kill parasites. The faster, the less but you can clear the organisms in the water and clear your water a little.

That’s absolutely makes sense, thank you for that perspective on the matter
