Hiya, I'm running an evolution aqua evo25s in my 600liter tank. What's the best flow rate for it or any tips for having it set up ?

As a clarifier, it says no more than 10,000 L/HR . Most tanks have 5x turn over thru the sump. Not sure what you have. 600L x 5 = 3000 L/HR . I think I would just go with what you have. With UV, slower is usually better.
