Looking for a good uv sterilizer for a 120g 6ft long tank. Recommendations please.

I had great luck with an AquaUV on my 120, I now run a 57 watt AquaUV on my 210

I am late to this thread I use Periha 36W UV submersible lamps in a chamber right before the return chamber of my sump. The water is medium/low flow in there and works just fine.

I use Pentair Aquatics smart UV on all of my tanks without any issues. I plumb them separately out of the sump with a dedicated pump.

Whatever you get make sure to go bigger than your tank size and take your sump gallons into the equation. I love mine it runs 24-7
