Not sure if I should buy and run a UV Sterilizer for my Nuvo Fusion 40. If I do, which should I go with?

My recommendation is to run 12 hrs at night
Simply connect to a timer

I run my aquaultraviolet 24/7

Yes. During the day tank is supporting phyto via light and you don’t want to shock them

I might add that not all of my sump return goes through the uv, I have a T on the return pump.

Wouldn’t your whole tank go through your UV either way regardless if it is running 24/7?
