So I was feeding my corals like phytoplankton and ended up over doing it. My tanks water ended up turning green and hazy. So I installed a small UV. My question is now that I’ve been running the UV will I need to add more good bacteria to the tank?

No
Good bacteria lives on surfaces (rock, sand ect...) not in the water column

There are many reefers that use UV 24/7. The "good" bacteria live in your rocks, bio media, sand, etc. Your number of free floating bacteria is not that high. In shorter terms no you should not have to restock "good" bacteria.
