V2 vecton 600 help.

When I plug my uv in, it takes a few attempts unplugging plugging back in for the bulb to come on. When it does it goes bright for a second then dulls down but is still lit. Is any body else having this issue? Or is this normal? I'm running 1400 LPH through it with max flow at 1900.

I doubt the flow has any affect on the bulb, but it sounds like you might have a bad ballast.
