So My VP has been in QT for 6 weeks. Treated with Prazipro (two doses). I am not putting him through Copper. He has been solo in QT. He has shown zero signs of any type of infection. Safe to put him in my DT?

Though the possibility is low, your puffer could be a carrier of Ich or Velvet without showing any external symptoms.
