Valentini puffer

I have a Valentini puffer That has a super large stomach which I’ve never seen it happen before and he’s sitting at the bottom of the tank, does anyone know what happened?

Sick Valentine puffer

I have a valentini puffer that has a very large stomach which I’ve never seen before and he’s just been sitting on the bottom of the tank doing nothing dose anyone know what’s going on. ammonia: 0 Nitrites: 0 Nitrates:0 PH: 8.2

Did he eat more than normal? My stars and stripes is a fatty goes overboard on food and eats as much as he can find and gets a big food bulge and has to chill out for it to digest.

I just moved 2 fish out of my tank and he actually did eat more because I moved those 2.
