I have a Valentini puffer That has a super large stomach which I’ve never seen it happen before and he’s sitting at the bottom of the tank, does anyone know what happened?

This sounds like a good question for the Disease forum on here, but let's see if we can't get some thoughts from the #fishmedic - while we wait, I'd suggest gathering the info discussed in the quote below:
I'd suggest reading through the link below (particularly the "Aquarium Parameters," "Water quality," and "In-depth Information" sections) to figure out what info you can share here with the #fishmedic to get the best diagnosis and treatment advice possible:

Did he eat more than normal? My stars and stripes is a fatty goes overboard on food and eats as much as he can find and gets a big food bulge and has to chill out for it to digest.

I just moved 2 fish out of my tank and he actually did eat more because I moved those 2.
