Valonia eaters for a 55g

Hey!

In looking for some good valonia eaters for my 55g. Only had 2 clowns atm.
I heard mithrax crabs work, but i have a black mithrax and after seeing it deadlifting small rocks I really dont want a crab.
So what are my options? I cant take all the rocks out again to brush them off. And I d like to add some livestock anyway (maybe some urchins valonia?)

The only fish I've had that would touch it is my blue-lined Rabbitfish (Siganus doliatus), and he's too big for a 55g long term. I bought him for this purpose and it worked. It's not gone, but under control. He grabs floating bubbles and eats it. Godsend! I have had no luck with emerald crabs.

my urchins don't touch it however I've been dosing vibrant for a month or so and it's now almost gone

I tried manual removal, emerald crabs, GFO, lower feeding, and vibrant dosing but it never solved the problem. Added a foxface and he tore through it in a week. So satisfying to watch him rip it off the rocks.

I also had a foxface that devoured the algae, but I have a new one that hasn't touched the stuff.
My Scribbled Rabbitfish doesn't care for it either.
It seems it comes down to each fish's personal taste as to whether they'll eat bubble algae or not.

I added 10 emerald crabs and a very small desjardinii tang to my 50 on recommendation of my lfs.
The bubble algae is no longer a problem.

Fortunately I have a larger tank to put the tang in. It's about 2" now and needs a larger home.

If you get a foxface, the one with the black spot is more likely to eat it.
