Pics are dark and blurry to tell
Please repost under bright white light and even video

Best method is via YouTube and linking here.

Nice tank - I can't see all the videos - but - the marks on the tank do not look like black ich, but rather irritation from something. My first thought was stinging - or related to transport. Second flukes. Did you QT your tank/fish, etc?

The other fish are blocking the tang and fish is also distant in the video but I do see sailfin tang striking at it which may be tail strikes and other damage. I know you have movement in your tank but really need better images overall

Not sure what could sting him. It’s a fish and rock only
We did have our tank bust a little while ago so we had to put them in buckets and move all the water and rocks and sand and put up a new tank so I know they definitely have been stressed out in the past few days
He was treated with copper by lfs

Not sure how else you get a better view or video

If you haven't treated with Prazipro - (and I'm not suggesting it now) - you can do that in a display tank. Have you noticed that the spots are staying the same, worsening, or getting better at all? I would not routinely give metroplex orally twice weekly (unless you have a reason). Focus is just a binder for the medication (EDIT - generally speaking - it may have some antibacterial properties alone). Since we want a healthy internal biome - that would be one reason not to dose metronidazole/focus unless there is a really good reason). I would not think garlic is a significant benefit here.

Anymore information that you can supply re any aggression, etc.

Our tank busted not too long ago, so we had to do a huge movement of catching everybody and putting them in buckets in order to replace the tank, which I know is stressful and since then the spots have gotten worse. we have a sailfin who has ich rn from the moving. I can definitely do more metro and garlic just helps them eat more or less.
There was some general aggression between the tangs at firsy but not much beyond the first day or so and nothing major like ripped fins. We’ve had them a week
Sailfin, lt and yellow.

I have prazipro but not certain how to use it

Refrain from metro unless absolute and generally internal issue. Metro changes the taste of food when fed and must be applied precise at .5gm weight. I still weigh in on tail strikes and need clear pic before resting/concluding what the fish has. Prazi is a dewormer and I dont see in video not mention of typical signs of flukes and other tankmates would display similar marks/behaviors
If you choose to use it, to be safe , dose at 80% of recommended and apply initial dosage known as an interval for 8 days, do a water change and do one more 8 day dose interval
Use airstone with prazi as it does reduce both oxygen and appetite. If running a skimmer, leave cup off first 24 hrs as skimmer will go nuts from the glycol solution in Prazi

I have a 75 gallon tank with about 25 lbs of rack and 2 bags of live sand. A marine land 360 filter which holds about 6 gallons, a drop in uv sterilize/filter and a 125skimmer

Im not great at math so what would my dosage be?

3 and a quarter teaspoons and do add air stone as it reduces oxygen slightly

Others giving good advice and I'll only add to this. Have you actually asked what their copper protocol is? Many just run levels high enough to subdue the disease, not eliminate. Many think their getting properly quarantined fish and it's far from the case.
