Mind if I ask you if the Varios pumps have a low noise whine? The smaller Jebao/Jecod pumps that I have produce this hum/whine that drives me nuts and was wondering if the Varios would be a worthwhile upgrade for me.

Never had that sound from varios. I like the reliability from varios compare to jebao pumps.
