Varios 4 or 6

Looking to upgrade to a DC pump on my 75 gallon system, with about 90 gallons total with sump. I need roughly 10X turnover rate for the Triton Method. Will the Varios 4 hit this mark, or should I turn down the 6? Anyone running either of these and on what size systems? Would love to be able to hook a 4 up direct drive to my WaveEngine but have seen some dodgy reviews on amount of claimed flow… Thanks…

So you're looking for 750 GPH flow? What's your head pressure?

I'd go Varios-8 in hopes of dialing it back (less noise)

It’s about 4.5’ of head. A 1” line T’d into 2 separate 1” lines, then each are reduced to 3/4” bulkheads

4.5’ head with a few 90 degrees on top has you cutting it close with a 6. Definitely wouldn’t go with the 4 and would still advise on the 8 and dialing it back
