Varios 8 or M2 pump for new Cade 150

Starting a new tank Cade 150. Its 143 gallon display. Vectra or Varios 8 Looking to see what everyone has experienced with either. I have read few issues with the Vectra pumps. Any advice?

I have always had really good luck with Ecotech stuff and frequently have issues with CoralVue stuff. Including having a Varios power supply eat it just a bit after a year and out of warranty of course.
