Varios to VDM

I’m trying to purchase the right cable to connect 2 Varios pumps to the Apex(0-10 v cable). Looks like a standard Ethernet to dual 3.5mm audio connectors. I looked on Neptune’s site under cables and accessories and couldn’t find the mode number.
