Vector v2 flow to maintain ich level

Hi I have a vector 25w v2 600 UV steriliser I would like to adjust the flow rate ? to maintain the number of ich in my tank

tank info:
600L tank includes sump
running auto roller filter
large skimmer

I do have a TMC ozone machine, but it’s not running
the tank is 2.5 years old
The tank was furloughed for three months this year I had an outbreak of Marine ich/velvet
The tank is packed out with SPS and some LPS
I have two dosing pumps for water water change
reef keep controls my kalk
and I dose kalk in conjunction with the calcium reactor

I'm not familiar with this sterilizer, but a 25-watt AquaUV sterilizer needs no more than 400Gph (net, after taking into account head height, etc.) for parasite control.
