Obviously a newly added fish can harbor a disease to be introduced to a tank, but can diseases be introduced via frozen foods, like frozen mysis shrimp for example?

What other vectors are there?

I would say that a brand name fish food should not introduce anything. And - unless the mysis shrimp are raised with fish there should be no issue. Freezing does not kill all bacteria (but some).

What other vectors are there?

Frozen seafoods can introduce Mycobacterium, but that is present in most aquariums anyway. Poorly handled frozen foods can introduce decomposition bacteria.
Other vectors can include anything wet, and even aerosol droplets. The whole topic is called biosecurity, I wrote an intro to it hete:
