Anyone have a Vectra L1 return pump? The pump all of a sudden stopped working. Its getting power, no clogs, the controller is flashing green and yellow. Cant find any info on the website for what that means. Also looking for procedure on how to reset the controller.

My tank has been without a return pump for 12 hours now. Cant get in touch with ecotech support.

Yikes! They replied to an email of mine today in about two hours. Don't know why you didn't hear....

Looking around I don't see a green/yellow error code. There's a green/red for stall.

Here are the steps to do a hard reset on the controller:

1) With the controller powered on, press and hold the "Mode" and Set" buttons until the dial blinks Red, White and Blue.
2) Press and hold the "Mode" button until dial blinks Red and Purple.
3) Press and Hold the "Mode" and "Power/Option" buttons until the pump powers off and resets.

Thank you, im going to try this

Good luck. Let us know how it goes.

Are you sure this is for the vectra pumps? Its not working, pressing the mode and set button does absolutely nothing with the power on

This sucks, sounds like a controller issue. I had a back up pump but recently had to use it to replace another pump. I have 7 tank tanks on 2 systems. I gotta figure something out asap.

I just tried it on my M1. Holding mode and set for about 2 seconds makes the LEDs cycle red/white/blue.

I did the whole process and it reset without a problem.

When mine stopped working, I first took it apart and made sure it was clean and nothing blocked the impeller.
The next thing I did ( when the first thing failed )was call ETM and they had a new one shipped to me within 3 days.

Its gotta be the controller then. I thought i would get more than a year or so out of a $500 piece of equipment.

Reason I never got a vectors. Been an ongoing field issue without full resolvement.
Be sure to clean at least impeller area bi-monthly
