Vectra L1 question

Do i need to calibrate the L1 after start up?
i have several fittings and such in my return so i know i'm giving up some but seems like not getting as much flow as advertised. i haven't measured flow. Thanks

Calibration is more to reduce flow so it done get bumped up to100% and overpowering your system if your running it at 50.

L1 is a awesome pump, I have a 120 gal system and it runs the whole thing on 50%. 2 returns, protein skimmer and carbon reactor.. Easy maintenance and QUIET!!! Best pump on the market IMO.

definitely quiet and seems to be enough for the job. I was anticipating having to run it at less than 100% but I believe I have created a situation of a lot of head pressure with fittings and will need to run at 100% for return,UV, and reactor on my 210. Oh well should still have enough turn over and have 2 mp40's for circulation.
