So my tank is roughly 300 gallons total volume. I run a chiller and a media reactor off my manifold with a Barracuda Gold pump. The humming is driving me nuts. Question is will the L1 Vectra run all that?

Yes it will work, but at a reduced flow.
Going from a powerhouse pump like Barracuda ( 4800+ gph) to the Vectra L1 ( 3100 gph).
It is a very quiet pump for 3100 gph.

+1^ You will likely need 2 L1's to have the same flow you have now with the barracuda.
