Vectra return pump recommendation

Thinking about upgrading my return pump to vectra either S model or M model. I got a 90 gallon tank and around 6 ft head height. Which model should I be looking for? Any advise is greatly appreciated.

Id recommend the s model but they have a calculator on their site where you can put exact numbers in from memory
