Hi Bracka345, the unit itself is about three years old, the bulb and ballast were replaced in May.

Hi Bracka345, yes I have the inlet and outlet fittings. however, it was hard plumbed, so you'll have to adapt to the 3/4" fittings included, or you can just use the threaded collars (also not pictured) and order new fittings from Aqua Ultraviolet (~$25).

It does not.

I had the stand custom built which cost about $750. I'm willing to entertain offers for it, but it won't come cheap... my significant other already has plans to turn it into a bar

Took this shot of the UV inlet/outlet connections:

I can cut behind the black elbows to leave a stub connection that can be tied into.

The UV was mounted inside the top of the stand hence the hard 90s out of the UV. You can make out the bottom of the UV in this picture:
