when removing fish from a display because of velvet (76 days). if the capture of two fish is not possible but they are no longer sick, they also no symptoms since 1-1 / 2 months, is this correct if he stays there

Going fallow is only effective if all fish are removed. Sometimes a fish can be asymptomatic, but still a carrier of a disease.

Possibly referring to this study: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0044848617315892

But that study was done on Marine Ich (not velvet), and it would have to be an anaerobic region of the tank (e.g. deep sand bed, inside a large rock) in order to be a hypoxic environment.
