Velvet treated moving fish back?

So I came down with a month ago and lost some fish. The remaining are in their temporary 10 gallon home until the display is free from disease. My question is a little convoluted because of timelines and treatment but here goes. I started to treat DT when first I first saw the illness. This is a fowlr so I opted to try that route. I then decided treating my guys was easier in a smaller tank. I moved them and treated. They look great now. However, I also continued to treat my DT for the suggested amount of time. (Been in and out of the hobby for over 15 years and have never had to treat so i was a little lost in all this.) So main tank treated, qt treated and fish look ok. This has been 3 weeks in the making. However I'm doing water changes on qt daily. Question is, since I treated DT and QT and in the interest of not doing water changes daily, does anyone think my fish can go back to DT. Its not the recommend 6 weeks or 76 days or any of that, but tank was treated.

If the copper/Cp dose in your tank didn’t drop below the therapeutic range for 30days you may add the fish back without waiting for the full fallow period.
