Vendor communications

Don’t know if this is a problem or not. On tue i ordered some live rock from Gulf Live Rock, got an email from them saying it would be shipped on Tue and be here Fri by end i’d day. I ck’d with Fed Ex tracking and they said they had not rec’d the pkg yet. Got no communication while this was going on. I called got voice mail, sent an email no response.Today the day it was supposed to be delivered Fed Ex didn’t have it yet.Earlier today i ck’d with Fed Ex again they said it was shipped on Wed and would be here Sat, still no response from Gulf Live Rock.Earlier today i finally got a call from Gulf Live Rock saying what could they do for me. So i went over everything and he said oh yeah the driver got away without picking up my pkg. So is this a problem to you guys or am i being a cry baby, thanks

ya it happened sorta when they hurricane hit Florida when I ordered corals al shipments were put on hold. the vender forgot about me a week intel I contacted them and they apologized and got me the corals. they were ***** chill about it. sometimes the vendor has no control when it comes to stupid shipping company's just keep on em about the order.
