Vendor prices at regional frag swaps

Many of R2R sponsors and other similar vendors attend regional frag swaps.

In your experience, how do their coral prices at these frag swaps compare to their typical or sale prices online?

I've got great pricing at our swap in March from some bigger name vendors!

My experience is a lower price, remember no shipping costs either, and I find you can make a few deals with them at frag swaps

Anyone willing to ball park the percent savings?
Obviously it varies, so I am on looking for a rough estimate or range.

That's a tough one, but if I had to throw a number on it I would say 25% was my best guess
