Venustus side? Any ideas?

No loss of appetite, no scratching or signs of distress. I just noticed this small white blotch on his side towards the tail. I is really hard to tell what it is. I know these fish are prone to weird disease so I was hoping someone might have a suggestion.

That spot is too large to be a Monogenean (fluke). He probably cut himself on a rock and it is now slightly infected. Some vitamin supplements in his food should help clear it up. Selcon, Zoecon & Vita-chem are the ones I use.

X2 that's not flukes. Perhaps lymph but I agree with humble here. Even if it were lymph, the "treatment" is the same.
 
I had one two years ago that had lymph but it was on his gills and there was no fixing that...
