I am looking for confirmation that this looks like standard GHA and not some other algae.

Am using the MoonShiners method, and I will say my corals are growing well, however I have lots of these algae spots growing.

Upgraded my export system which now includes DYI Roller Filter, Reef Octopus Classic 150SSS 6" Internal Skimmer, Reef Octopus BR 140 BioPellet Reactor, reactor which I run PhosBond and will be adding a small refugium (primary for growing pods).

My Nitrates average around 12 and my Phos is between .15 and .25. Pretty sure within the next few weeks, the new export system will lower those numbers.

As I understand it, even if I get my numbers down (I am shooting for nitrate around 10 and Phos between (.05 and .1), the algae may not all die off.

Before I add something like Fritz Algae Clean Our or Flux RX (which I am leaning toward), I just would like to verify that I have identified this algae correctly.

Thanks.

These hemispherical pompoms are not the run of mill green hair algae. This stuff is pretty. Would love to have this pest.

Yeah that's definitely turf, peroxide treatment can definitely do a number on it that's how I accidentally lost mine.
