You could try to snap them off and scrape them. I as well have been battling a problem with them everywhere. It seems not much of anything will take care of them (from what I've read) Someone had some luck with a copperbanded butterfly if I remember correctly. He started smashing them and the copperband ate them as he went.I have had vermatid snails in my tank for a few years and was wondering if anyone has a way to get rid off them besides taking tank apart.
I literally have them everywhere so it would be impossible to get all of them. I wish there was a type of crab that would eat them. You could try to snap them off and scrape them. I agree, I as well have them everywhere. I don't even know where I would start.I literally have them everywhere so it would be impossible to get all of them. I wish there was a type of crab that would eat them.
Not really. If you break off the tubes and expose the worms, then most Halichoeres wrasses will eat them. But short of some manual intervention, the tube does the job of protecting the worm as intended.@eatbreakfast @evolved Are there some wrasses that can fix this?
