Vermetid snail or something else?

These webs or tentacles come out of the sand bed and go up my rocks. The longest is about 8”. I can turn off all flow and they can move on their own. You can see them pretty good for an iPhone pic. Anyone know what I’m dealing with and does it need to be gone

Not a vermetid. Looks more like a spaghetti worm. Harmless.
