You should be able to either crush the tube or put a dab of superglue over the hole. Either should work

Put superglue over the hole as the fellow above stated. Try your best not to get any on the coral

I can pull it out of the tank to glue it, right? The coral is ok for a minute or two out of the water? Btw, does anybody know the name of that coral? Is it brain coral?
