Vermetid Snails, confirming

I want to be sure, as I just noticed a bunch of these tiny tubes. Vermetid Snails I'm assuming. You can see they are very small compared to the blenny's head. Haven't see any mucus yet.

The ones that product the 'mucus web' can be problematic. The other kinds are harmless, not sure why some folks on this forum go after them like Aiptasia.
 
They look like spionid/chaetopterid worms to me. Do they have two clear tentacles coming out like this? If you don't see the tentacles then they are vermetid like mentioned.

I have not seen anything protrude from the tubes, perhaps nocturnal? I'm now looking with a magnifying glass and there are lots of them, still tiny, but lots.
