Vermetid snails from dry rock?

I'm in the process of setting up a new tank. Majority of my rock is brand new CaribSea dry rock but 2 peices of rock are from another member. Those 2 peices were dried out for weeks. Now I notice a couple dried vermetid snail skeletons on the rocks after I cycled it with my dry rock. Should I be concerned or should the couple of weeks the rock dried out have done the trick?
