Vermetid snails growing under my trachy

Noticed my trachyphyllia a shriveled more and more every day this week finally I seen these sticking out I know they are vermetid snails the biggest I’ve seen in person too I’ve always dealt with small ones picking them off with dental tools and coral glueing a few shut but not sure what the red things are either.....but how should I deal with this without injuring my coral?

Looks like formiferams.

Gently scrape cut the worms off or use needle nose pliers to crush the tubes if they’re bothering the coral.
The forams are just cool.

So does dipping frags not kill vermetid snails?

Maybe just damage from the vermetids

Dipping reasonably won't kill them. Once they take hold it's difficult to control. I've glued them shut, they push it out. The fish that eat them will eat your lps and sps all at the same time. It got so bad I tore down a 5 year reef tank and pressure washed and sun dried the rock for a month.
